Aggie's Blog

My blog is a personal way to keep in contact with my best friend Sarah. She, like me, has a family of her own but  she has always disliked food shopping, cooking and has found it a huge chore. She feel guilty that she prepares dull, repetative meals for her family, with no homemade luxuries  in the fridge, like an apple crumble or a cake for tea at the weekend. She knows there is a wealth of fresh, healthy food out there, but  in her own words, ' I find it so daunting, where do I start'? So I have promised her she will become a competent home cook and get satisfaction from being able to give her family, healthy, delicious seasonal meals.

Unbeknown to Sarah, as well as learning to cook she is coming with me on a journey into the world of growing your own vegetables, herbs and  fruits!!

You are most welcome to come and join us, and we can all learn together. The more the merrier!
