Don't rush out and buy everything in sight for your store cupboard, add ingredients gradually.

We will work the store cupboard on the principle of having the basic ingredients and then add more ingredients when necessary.

  • Ground black pepper
  • Course sea salt and fine salt.
  • Mustard, english, french and meaux mustard
  • Sunflower oil, olive oil extra virgin, and one blended. Keep the extra virgin for salad dressings and drizzling over food.
  • Granulated sugar, caster sugar, icing sugar, soft brown sugar.
  • Cider vinegar, red wine vinegar
  • Cocoa powder, 70% dark chocolate
  • Plain flour and self raising flour, baking powder and cream of tartar.
  • Tomato ketchup, worcester sauce, soy sauce
